Sant’Anna Institute
Since 1998 Sant’Anna Institute has provided study abroad programs for university students seeking a cosmopolitan experience.
The Institute, located in the historic center of Sorrento, is perched on the cliff-side overlooking the fishing village of Marina Grande from sea-facing windows. The location is only a short walk to the harbor and the Sorrento Station.
What is offered academically by Sant’Anna covers a wide range of disciplines from Italian Studies to Social and Natural Sciences, from Classical Studies to Business & Management, from Arts & Humanities to Health Sciences, There are also internships programs for credits and service-learning projects.
The main goal for the programs is to enrich students’ personal and cultural education, in particular by enhancing their global skills and intercultural competencies, in order to help students become citizens aware in the globalized world.
Our courses take advantage of the best that our territory can offer as they are located in the middle of the Mediterranean and at the center of a crucial area for the birth and development of Western civilization.
